fitteda new turbo and actuator today that i bought from ebay,all seemed ok no smoke or rattles,took it for a spin no boost and no dump vave,ny help much appreciated as im a total novice with this kind of thing,thanks

 

sounds like the actuator needs setting , easest way would be to get it to a tuning place and have it set up
