hi, just about to upgrade my 4x4 to a stage3 setup. greens,t34,rising rate FPR,3bar map blah blah, can the std seirra feul pump supply enough fuel to the engine or do i have to upgrade the pump aswell?

standard pump should be fine - but make sure the fuel filter isn't clogged - ie replace it if it hasn't been changed recently
