I am just in the middle of setting up my 2wd cossie what should the co level be at tick over? The spec of my car is as follows

std engine internals
std turbo
ahmed 330 chip
803 injectors
-31 actuator
alloy rs500 intercooler
cone filter
breather system
mongoose exhaust

I think that my co level is wrong as the car tends to surge up & down when i pull up at junctions

Had mine set up by M.A.D mate same spec as yours idles at about 5% cheeRS

 

mine ran light blues[400's] on 2.5% at idle

 

mine runs 803's on stage3 set up and on idle it's 2%
