guys i got a frst with a cts stage 1 lsd box purchased 10 month ago,ive got an annoying very dangerously sounding knocking from the front intermittently as the wheels turn,ive had it on the ramp and sods law it didnt happen.its very loud when it does come.please can someone help could it be diff bearings?its really getting to me now and i feel sick every time i drive my car cos i aint got much cash to throw at it.could it be a driveshaft maybe?please help.

 

doubt its your gearbox!

could only be one of the following

drive shaft cv joint
wheel bearing
track control arm

u tried nipping up the driveshaft nut? is it lose?

 

oh and a silly idea are all the wheel nuts tight !?
might sound silly but it does happen!

 

i havent checked the wheel nuts or driveshaft nut yet but i know that the n/s/f wheel bearing is fooked,i changed it about 2 months ago but when putting it back together found the front stub very worn.but would this cause a knocking noise aswel?its getting bad now
