Default BHP Question as below ???

Alright people posting again incase this post goes bottom of the page - a mate got a red S2 RST yeterday F plate , he bought the car off a guy mid 30's who had owned it for 3 years . Now engine wise ? its had a full rebuild done 12000 miles since & it has a Full magnex , pace intercooler H&N, BBR chip -34 actuator (not sure why -34) & Finally a stage 1 turbo , it also runs 16 psi & holds all the way it seems very quick.
A mates got a Calibra 2.0 16 valve with mods and it well outruns that, He also kept with an impreza turbo estate & stayed level up to 120 i was in the car ??
The cars not been rolling roaded yet , but as a helpful guess what do you reckon he is running BHP wise at the Fly & The Wheels. Cheers for any info... as we are trying to establish a rough figure

Hmmm..

Really hard to say mate but my 'guess' would be:

160-170BHP@Wheels
200-210@Flywheel

Just had myne rolling roaded!! Just been fully rebuilt with standard pistons, power engineering fast road cam, chipped, pace intercooler, 16psi, standard t3 turbo, k+n and full scorpion system, made 199.5bhp at fly wheel, which is 160 something at the wheels.
My mate has similar set-up, he hasnt got cam but has a t2hybrid, and its the same bhp.

was going to say with a pace interwormer you will be lucky to see any more than 190ish and even then i'd think act's would be high
