Default noise pissing me off

Can someone help here please, i'm pulling me hair out. ive got a squelling noise on my engine, this what ive tried so far.

Ive replaced timing belt and tensioner
Alternator drive belt
checked for anything catching or scraping etc etc

ive run the engine with the alternator belt disconnected and it still does it, the noise itself is like a chirping rotating loud noise, like a fan belt slipping, but its not, its allot worse when the engine is hot, but only does it on light accelleration and over run, on hard accelleration and full boost no noise at all, it wont do it when stationary ether you can rev it as much as you want it wont do it at all, as soon as the car is moving it starts, i think its load related, there is no power loss and the car runs 12psi boost with or without the noise, its just friggin embarrasing as hell.

The cars a sapphire 4x4 on a J plate green top and has been stood for over a year, could it be anything on the turbo side like actuators or owt like that, its ahd a recent service as well but nothing changed there.

anything siezed that i could check that might make an noise like this you can think off, please help me its doing my head in now.....

Check the turbine shaft for play as it could be touching the housing.

i'm not 100% ofair with what to do here, the turbo is 3 year old but only done 5000 miles when i took the boost hose off to the air filter, the turbo blades spun freely and quitely but its nano close to the alloy housing at the edge of the blades, is this normal, and how do you check for play and is it adjustable if so how.. im a bit new to all this can you tell, so please be gentle with me......

That crossed my mind too but t wouldn't be affected by load.

Red. Wiggle the shaft about (ooeer) and see if it makes contact with the housing.

Could you not take the compressor casing off and have a look to see if it's been touching the housing etc....there should be some sort of markings if it has.

i would say there is about 0.5 to 1mm of end float on the shaft, but its only done 20k miles new as well from ford.... hope it aint the turbo.
is there a dummys guide to turbo's anywhere in relation to what fits what and what all the number and specs mean, what works and what don't etc, as if its the turbo i might as well upgrade it eh, but to what is what i need to know.... help needed please

believe it or not its its fixed and you would never guess what the hell it was, i was amazed its the most unovious thing as well if you listen to the video then tell me what it sounds like, and you will never of thought it was.

THE BLOOMIN FRONT PROPSHAFT (FRONT UJ) JOINT the inner bearings were shot and it was siezed, causing the screeching noise, if you have read this and not listened to the video go back and listen to it.

Glad i did'nt get that turbo now phew

i went to a mate garage and drove the car on a two poster ramp, with the wheels hanging and little brakes, to load up the engine and we pin pointed the area, then sent it up to confirm and the joint was siezed solid one way and floppy and full of play the other, so got them both replaced, now its mint...
