Default Cosworth Big Wing Sumps - How best to do them ???

I am looking at modifying a Standard 2WD Cossie sump to big wing to fit on a Mk2 RS2 (With N/A Cosworth Engine fitted of course) using a RACE WCXM. Before I start chopping and welding I am after any info on how exactly is the best way to do it?

I wont be doing the work myself cos I am crap, but have been in touch with a local fella who can do the work for me. I also have a second sump already on order but thats being done by a fella that has done a few now (I hope!) and so I didnt need or get any info.

I am after any dimensions of the wings, wheere to cut, is there a maximum/minimum capacity and also what additional internal mods are needed with reagrd to baffles etc??? Really just any info you have would be much appriciated.

Internal pictures who be a bonus of you have them? External shots also a boost!!

Any links to sites showing how to or have already been done, would also be nice.

CheeRS for now
Dave...

PS> PhilM, if you are out there be expecting a call soon matey!!

Rich,
Got any salt for my eyes mate..
Andy has now sold his car and I was in the running but time was not on our side sadly. Anyway, its moved on again now but maybe Andy has some details on his big wing conversion?
Also talking with Keith, he used a RS2 sump as a pattern which is a top idea. Common sense I suppose but it nver occred to me initially!!

I could still do with some dimensions if anyone has them??
