Default Fitting a cage to a 3 door Cosworth

I have just bought a Safety Devices 6 point bolt in cage for my 3 door Cossie off of Cam.

He tells me that somewhere on here is information on the best way to go about fitting it? Can anyone point me in the right direction, in case there is anything I need to know please?

It's all in the fitting, had recently a bolt in cage fitted to my car by proffesionals who welded into the car flat platforms that the cage then bolts to.
There is big thread in General about bolt in cages and people opinions.

good luck

Can you narrow down what the thread might have been called or anything like that please, as I am having trouble finding it?
