i have just taken the cams out of my engine and tried fitting another pair but they are no good so i fitted my originals back now its tappy like a bag of bolts i took it for a 10 mile drive to see if they quiented down but they havent they was very quiet before any ideas its a cossie 2wd p.s i havent taken the tappets out so they are still the same cheers

 

r u sure you've timed it up right?

 

did you put the cam journals all back on the same places they came off?

you didnt mix them up?

 

tried both ideas at the same time car is now sorted many thanks cheers
