the top boost hose which goes from the top of the intercooler to the charge carrier. its collapsing by the charge carrier

Nothing new if they are standard hoses. They go soft although its usually the hoses before the turbo that do it.

ford cant get me the 1 way valve so ive got a xr3 fuel pump will this work also its satrted to get hard to start even when cold cheers m8

hi soz yea found pumpthe valve is ok but now my car wont start at all and when it does the dump valve aint woring and it runs badly for about 3 mins

Ahhhhhhhhh ok i got your PM the other day i couldn't remember which one you were (too many PM's )

To be honest sounds like theres something fairly serious wrong.

Have you checked the small vacuum hose for the DV is connected?

yea i have checked this and also checked with wd40 for air leaks any where else but when it does start it runs bad and after bout 2 mins of gently reving to 2000 rpm it runs fine but wont start when hot still any ideas

yea tell me bout it its weird how it was running fine til my m8 changed the turbo and since then its not been rite i found out that the reason the boost pipe was collapsing was be coz he had the wastegate constantly open ive sorted this and its stoped collapsing. on the amal valve the pipe that faces straight up wot does this go to and also below the metering head there is some thing to do with the fuel system but it looks like there is a pipe that should go from this to the metering head

What you've said doesn't make sense, if the waste gate was permenantly open it would never boost..............

This is all getting very complicated and hard to understand.....
