HELP needed urgently
Hi! guys
I need help urgently with my Mk1 mondy, had new ECU put in the car as had problems starting the car as the spark plugs wasn't sparking. Put the new ECU in yesterday and the same problem persits car turns over but won't spark the sparkplugs. All plugs, leads and coil pack was new about 5mths ago now, so if any1 can help i would be very greatful.

Does the ECU have built in EDIS or external?
Has the battery been disconected at any point and re-connected?
At a rough guess it could be the CPS, but if the pump runs when you crank it then it won't be that.
