hi ive recently bought a s2 rs turbo which was running 20psi of boost, as soon as i got it home i turned it down to 10psi. how would i know if it was safe to run it at 20psi again? thanks

You can only really get it set up and see what boost it will sufficiently fuel to.
Is it still running MFI?
Can't really tell anything about pistons short of removing the head

do a compression test i bought a rst with a 2litre zvh suppost to have low comp pistons was running 22psi lasted 2weeks them boom
take it from me check everything cos it costs ya a fortune

Best to have it set up on a rolling road mate if the fuel has been set for 20psi then now you've turned it down it will be over fueling best to let a pro do it mate and not mess with the boost at all your self

Well hes turbed the boost down himself so that shouldnt be a gamble
I know what you mean though running excessively rich can be as bad as lean.
Im glad i didn't use ASSUME in there aswell
