How much power do you want? You choose a turbo based on a target power figure you think you want/will get. For up to 270bhp use a 2wd cossie turbo, for up to 350bhp use a T34, and so on..

If you really want to join the internet craze and get a GT.. then a GT25 for say 225bhp.. GT28RS for 300bhp.. and so on..

If your head can flow that much air (~270bhp), then you should be able to get away with using a T3 as above.. if it's choking a bit, you'll need a larger turbo to help force the air through but that's a real crap way of doing things.. I think you'd definately want steel rods for longevity.. I don't like CVH's

There's no need to do that if you buy the turbo new as they would build it with an rs turbo style housing+elbow..
