Default Bd14 Cams

Any one know how much i should advance/retard the inlet and exhaust cams by
spec of me engine is
low comp 7.2/1 (Cosworth pistons) 200 block
multi layer headgasket etc etc
ported head
T4 turbo
Greys
Rs500 type intercooler
turbosystems chip in me P8 ecu
with the standard throttle body and with 27psi it made 419bhp at interpro
atm i run inlet at 10 degrees advance and the exhaust at 0..
Lot of people say that i should run the exhaust retarded but i have tried it at 6 degrees retarded and it felt flat to me..
any advice would be nice

get it set up professionally m8

you are supposed to use a DTi gauge and set it at 120 degrees - so mid dwell is on the cam - or something like that anyway
