Bit stiff when its cold!!!!

When i start my 4x4 sapphire in the morning the steering seems very heavy. 2-3 mins and the steering is fine. PAS resevoir is full and i have no leaks in the system. What could this be??

How olds the fluid?! does degrade over a long period of time so if it hasnt been changed recently its worth trying.

ummm... fluid is about 9-12 months old i suppose.

I was thinking much the same as you just the other day.. wierd

yeah but only a fraction noisier

Any ideas what it could be??
