RS500 front brakes are the same as 2wd cossie brakes as far as im aware, 283mm ventilated discs with 4 pot calipers
as for fitment, im not sure yet, im not that far along with my RS1600i project yet, i got this set up in the garage waiting to be fitted, so if you can wait months n months i'll let you know if they fit

Ive got those calipers, you have to either have a few mm machined from the calipers and run standard discs or have disc bells in the correct offset to line up. Holes in the hub need tapping out to M12 thread, and the brake pipes can be a s slag because they point out directly at the CV joints......

will make some special bolts up with a larger diameter shoulder instead of tapping the hub, means any aftermarket kits etc will just be a bolt on affair in the future.
i will be using banjo bolts to connect the brake hoses to the calipers.

Bells will overcome the machining issue.......
So you going to have bolts with a stepped sleeve, and then use nuts on the other side ofthe hub as opposed to bolting into the hub. To be honest the holes are fractionally out and if you're not careful the bolts will go in cross threaded aswell.....not sure if you are aware of that?
I would of used banjo bolts had i of known where to get them

banjo bolts i'd probably get them from pirtek, along with my braided lines.

Tried pirtek as one of the first destinations, apparently a line they have moved away from, but they did once upon a time stock........they also said theyve never done braided line suitable for break fluid or the pressures it has to deal with....
You will see what i mean about the holes, only a fraction but enough to cause problems
