how do i get the last 2 head bolts out of the centre of a zetec head without twisting and snapping the torx bits? they are incredibly tight!!!
decent torx bits shouldn't twist/ burr
if they fit snug, and you have enough leverage - shouldn't be a problem.
I often find those cheap ones you get in sets are pants
I've got through many of those.
I tend to buy hardened bits for common sizes, so I know they aint going to burr.

as above but another tip is to buy a long breaker bar for leverage, far easier to loosen stiff bolts, less likely to round the bolt or socket because you can undo it in 1 attempt as opposed to hitting and thumping your standard ratchet

well i bought a breaker bar and some new torx bits, i re-tightened the headbolts and sprayed wd40 on the centre 2, they still wont come out! the bolts are starting to round off so i have let be for now. the last thing i wanna do is resort to drilling them out.
