Default These Decompression plates

I have been reading about these decompression for the zetec turbo.

What sort of power and boost can you run with these in place......

we were doing around 200bhp, 14psi on 1.8L without any apparent problems.
It will be the standard cast zetec pistons that will give up and melt first, so give this due consideration when gauging the amount of abuse it will tolerate - won't tolerate continued high load, high rpm use, ie running flat out racing the world and his dog down the motorway

Cheers
