manifold leak? Try plugging up dump valve and check hoses.

The only way the one from the cone filter would cause any problems is if its collapsing. has your car got a dump valve?

no dump valve at present but did have one that section of hose is now plugged when i had a look at that hose though it seemed to have some possible perishing places and one or two possible rips but do not seem to go right through

Does it feel like its boosting properly when u drive?! The tubeing going to the boost gauge might have come loose or something.

Also does it start/run ok or sound a bit like a tractor?! mine had loose'd 2 manifold 2 turbo bolts last nite and it wouldnt boost properly.

it feels fine to drive just no real boost pressure seems to almost reach 5psi and you can feel it starting to spin the turbo and thats it nothing after that just feels like a normal car without a turbo have checked all hoses i can see and they all seem to be fine apart from possibly the one from the cone air filter it starts fine and runs fine
