Gearbox leak

Gearbox leak
Just a quicky, anyone know how the selector shaft is sealed? The gearbox on my MK1 Orion im running about in has started dripping ever so slightly, obviously wana cure it before all the oil leaks out

Ford seal only, cost about Ł4. Set of needle nose pliers or grips on lip of seal
then tap (with hammer) away from box and Robert's your mothers bro.
