Either your metering head is fucked or you've got a dodgy injector.

I had a problem with mine over fuelling on one cylinder and it was the metering head. Mine was number 3 although thats just pot luck

Mine still ran fine however just backfired an awful lot

Oh ok

wasn't too sure what u meant, do u mean then ur not sure if u got the pipes on the right connectors? the injector pipes it makes absoltely no difference, but they should only really go on in one order easily.

Metering head or injectors is what i would put my money on

also try reseating the injector that u think is over fuelling as air leaks cause overfuelling!

you could also try changing over no2 injector with another injector. See if no2 continues to over fuel, if it does then it would point towards a metering unit fault.

If you want to identify whether its the injector or metering head, swap the fuel connections over on the metering head (will be tricky though as u will have to sort of force the pipes over to different connections), if when swapped number 2 still over fuels, it would be the injector, and if the fuelling problem swaps to another cylinder it will be the metering head.

As for the injector seating its almost impossible to seat them wrong, that said i doubt u have even removed them anyway?

Do urself a favour and go EFI, KE Jetronic is PANTS.
