Rebuilding a CVH

Anybody know of any good guides or tech essays?

Something like (Haynes) Rebuilding and Tuning Ford's CVH Engine - anyone know if this is hosted online? Ta

Yeh I've seen these but I'm a tight arse looking for a freebie that maybe hosted somewhere online!!

i bought one for 13 it was worth a read you could always pick one up read wht you want and punt it on for 13 again just dont get oily fingers all over it
