Default Turbo Heat Shield Repair ??

Evening all,

My turbo heat shield isn't in to bad a condition but does have a flap of material that needs fixing.

Any ideas on how to fix it and spruce it up to make it look clean and tidy.

pictures as always of your work appreciated.

Oh, as simple as that.....

I was just concerned about temp and the effect on the repair.

Have you tried the various Cosworth breakers for a good used one?

Not really looking to get another, this is really good compared to some.
The mounting holes are all ok, not opened up or fraying it's just this small area and a little discoloured.

It's worth fixing.

Fair enough, have a go at doing it yourself then, seems like its not to hard to repair.

If you do it with fibre glass as above have said and if worried about the heat still just let me know and I will post you enough stick on heat shield to line the inside with, I have a lot leftover.
