Default commpomotive TH and rallye diference?

Hi whats the diference between the TH wheels that has a plain face and the ones that has compomotive rallye cast in to them?

They are nice, but some of them has compomotive rallye actually cast in to the wheel rather than stickers.

From what I've seen it's only ever the smaller diameter wheels that have it cast.

yeh i have only saw them in 15-16" but TBH 16" would be fine was just curious what the diference was?
