When I broke my rear cover I contacted mt and he said he wasn't making any more, so bought one off mk. My side brackets sheared when the cover give way let mk know but he wasn't bothered, great really as if any one needs spares you've had it!
I think Coley on here modded his beam to take the diff without a fitting kit and he did have a spare cover for sale.
I am trying to get my 6 degree beam off MK now and it should take the supra diff without the kit. If it does then my fitting kit is off to Australia for Aussie Cossie.
It is only the rear covers that MT doesn't want to make anymore. I think the reluctance to make is the cost and sale price which indicates to me that if you are prepared to allow him a profit then maybe MT might do more?
I think your going to struggle to get any of this stuff now . I did have two spare covers 1 MT and 1 MT cover . But sorry to say iv now sold them and I will be 100% the MT one is in a class of its own and as for the fittings kit I did away with it and modded my beam so it will only ever hold a supra diff . Iv only got this photo of the MT diff cover in using
I may look into having a few beams modded to take the diff or some steel brackets manufactured
The diff/prop flanges I can get made locally
It's the rear cover that's the tricky bit, not impossible by any means just need to get a price
If I was you I would phone MARK / MT and have a chat with him as you need 3 covers 100% and are willing to pay up front . He has the programs and the tooling to do them
you just need to convince him
What's involved in modding the rear beam? Iv had to repair my kit and not happy with it.
when I get home on Thursday night as I'm working away at the mo I will put some photos up of a beam iv got read to go onto my 3dr if you Have got a fitting kit to it makes life so much simpler to mod the beam
but you have to remember when it's been modded it can never hold a cosworth diff again

Cool, mine should look just like that then....odd though as I thought mine was the first to be done as Mark needed to mock mine up whilst he had an old diff there.
Mine should have different arb mounts though to suit a bladed arb.

I'm assuming that if you ever needed to remove your jag diff Mark you're gonna have to drop the full beam as getting to those 4 bolts at the top looks pretty tight when on the car?

Hadn't thought that far ahead
But you're right, would be a real pain getting the diff out !
Yeah as long as it is not some ultra original car then worth doing and if you are fitting a different diff and beam then it aint original anyway, it would only take some decent welding, filler and paint to return to original anyway.
This is my spare deam that iv modded to fit a supra dif into it with out a fitting kit . I did borrow a fitting kit to help me to get it into the right place

Looks simple enough
Still need a rear cover to hang diff mount off
