Excuse the title!! thought I would start off a post asking about the possible planned trip to the Nurburgring next easter?

Mike R are you planning this trip if so I know it is a bit early but what was the rough dates if you had any in mind??

Yeah, lets be sorting some details out.

I am considering NOT going at easter to be honest, due to traffic and ques.

 

Is it quit bad at that time of year?? I take it you mean at the ring? I have managed to get another couple of guys interested as well so am well Gee'd for it!!

 

If we do go in April, I will be passengering and not driving I think

 

I really want to go but the wifes Birthday is in April and she doesn't want to go on a Ring trip for it. I do though

A fair few euro's is needed. All in all Ferry/train crossing which ever you take, petrol, hotel and laps round the track it will cost you in the region of anything from Ł500 to Ł1000 for the weekend.

Not sure how long the Easter one will be. Im sure Mike will put details up nearer the time.

I'm an amateur photograh, but also a big fan of Cosworth (I own a Cossie), but as she will be in restauration at the beggining of 2006, I won't be able to use it on the 'Ring.

So I would like to go there to take pictures.
