Engine Spec

Hello i was wondering if any one has facts and figures for the 1.8 range of Escorts MK6 i.e. SI GTI LX GHIA as i dont always trust parkers because a perfect example would be my friend just bought a 1.6 RALLYE 106 and there it says top speed is 115 MPH and we went on a rallye site and it says 125 MPH which is a significant difference mand i was wondering if any one has another website were i can get some Spec from just so i can find out averages or even if they know the spec of a 1.8 escort as it is
