hej mikke.. dident know that u were here on passion ford with your sierra 8V turbo projekt.. but just show these cossie boys hov to build a proper car... now i´m soon ready to fit megasquirt on my dohc . i just need to build at manifold to my trottelboddys.. and one mere DOHC are redy to find cossies to slay.

if you want to come to england for a ford only event, i would definitely recomend either ford fair, or the rs owners club national day.
i haven't been to totb, so can't tell you if it's any good.

had a little accident with a oilpump that didnt supply oil. so this weekend i bought a cossie engine with gearbox and everything you need. the engine have had all the "hard" work done , but not been assembled yet.
the specs on the engine are :
200 block. borred to 2.1 litre (2090cm3)
long stud kit
grp a gaskets (all the way )
all bearings have been upgraded
new forged mahle pistons
weighed and ballanced con rods
the crank is fully balanced
the fly wheel has been lightend
the head have had a complete stage 2 work done. (ported,gasflowed.)
new valves.valve seats etc.
using the orig cams.
uppgraded t-3 rurbo
blue injectors
heavy duty oil pump
vibratech enginemounts.
the ecu has a "280" chip in it.
the t-5 gearbox are fully rebuilt with new internals.
probably something i have forgot to mention. what the engine will give in real bhp i dont really have a clue about. so if anyone have an idea . tell...

it keeps getting better.
after spending all that time on money on it, i wouldn't run it hard with that chip if you're not sure of it.
i would contact one of the cossie mapping specialists on here with your engine spec (including turbo details) and they can make you a more suitable chip that will help to get the best out of it and be safe and reliable

then its time for some update again. have been busy with my project. so havent had time too be in here. but the engine have found its way in the engineroom now

thanks for the comments guys. have been busy so there havent been an update for a while now.. the engine have been started and is running good. are going to have it on a rolling road to have it live mapped. me and the rest of the guys in my garage have swapped garage. so havent done so much with the car. but..... i decided that it should have almost the same grapichs as mr lee catermoles. so one of the local shops that makes advertising and so on . sponsed the advertising on my car. its only a shitty mobile picture.. but are going to take som proper piccies soon.. me and me mate tombra have decided that we ARE going to take the tripp to uk yhis summer. and WILL be at totb. and the ford fair...

long time since there have been an update. have had too much too do.
first of all the car was almost finnsihed for the summer. just minor settings that was going to bee done.. but for a week ago the piston rings on cylinder nr 3 gave up its life. due too that me and me mate tombra aint coming to uk this summer. fuc... same. because we had planned this for some months now. but its just too near both totb and fordfair that me engine will be done again. but next summer we will be there. would have been nice to met someof u folks here. some piccies if the car like its now. its not a complete replica og lee catermoles sierra cos. have done it "my way" instead.
