had a closer look at the pics and udnerstand what you are saying now
i though you were using the 3 bolt top mounts from the granada, then you would have had problems, but, once again, it's looking really good and i bet you can't wait for it to be on the road and showing it off to everyone

got the granny one stripped so i could do the polybushes

first one came out piece of piss, but the second one refuses to budge even with heat and a 12 ton press

got pissed off at that point so came home gunna cut through the insert tomorrow then it should slide out ok.

p.s fudgeass, aint even laid my bumper up yet mate. did you get yours fitted in the end???????

i think they are more likely to be rubber if he's going to cut through the middle

unless you've got gas and can just melt them out like they do with the rollers front bushes

it leaves a bit of mess though, not to mention a fair old wafty pong in the air

are you going ot poly the diff mount too?

quick update. shes now down on the wheels with the 5 stud granny running gear (just need to weld some new brackets for the rear antiroll bar)

car still looks quite high to me but will try it on trck first as wheel clearance may be an issue on the arch lip if i go any lower. will suck it and see

i quite like it on the granny wheels though

goda ghange the front shocks over next week for one that aint bent as hell (hmmmmm nice camber )

quick pic of the new rear end

also started prepping the inside for spraying. may get round to that next weekend if im lucky

update time

got the rear strut brace and extra front cage support welded in.

then spent sat prepping it ready for paint. (would have normally done a full bare shell respray , but remember this things on a tight budget so dont really want to spend the time or money)

few pics of painting today

next weekend i can get the buckets in and start rebuilding the thing
