The Pro Alloy Tank is baffled and has an internal swirl pot/collector so no need for the extra external pluming ;o)

My tank is set up the same way but has pump in the tank also I think it just looks neater with out to much pipe work etc.
Where are you gonna fit the pumps?

Exactly why i wanted everything in the tank (much neater , less plumbing etc) we looked at fitting a pair of o44's in the tank aswell but they took up so much room , so the pumps and filters will all be mounted together up in the floor recess where a standard cosworth n/s center section exhaust box used to be. Fortunately in using a Mongoose exhaust so theres plenty of room now.

The foam thats supplied with the bracket is that thick it will allow you to house an o44 or the slimmer fuel filter! ;o)

Gonna order another pair of those black brackets for the filters and mount them all together on a single sheet of 5 mm ali plate. Hopefully keeping it as simple as possible .

You mounting these inside the car or underneath the floor?

Are they being fed from a swirl tank or a trick tank setup,

Being mounted underneath the car - where the near side standard exhaust centre box used to be. ( its left a nice space to mount them now that i had a Mongoose fitted)

All fed from a trick Pro Alloy Tank. (pictured earlier in the thread)

After some debate , ive decided that im gonna use 4 clamps instead of 2 . its much stronger and sturdier. Just gotta mount it to an ali plate and fit it to the focus !

Managed to get the pumps/filters mounted onto an ali plate tonight......

I was going to use these bushes to mount everything to the car but on closer inspection they are way to small for the job. Will get some proper manly ones tomorrow.

i thought that the clamps to filter/ pumps had rubber bands in them its a little hard to see off the pics , are they 8mm threaded coton reels? we have them at work for mounting single cylinder diesel engines and they are fine for that job they last a good 500 hrs and they dont half bounce around

Yeah the Rubber sleeves supplied with the clamps are ok , but arent great. so thats why im gonna fit cotton reels aswell. the 8mm cooton reels i have , (pictured above) arent tall enough so thats why i was slightly bigger ones.
