That little brass screw for the idle control is the only difference mate.
a 4wd one has just a grub screw adjuster and doesnt have the lock nut.
Im only using the 2wd one cos it was brand new! LOL

LOL nah im just bored cos ive been working in the garden all weekend when i wish i couldve been working on the Focus.... Maybe next weekend.

Had a Great meeting with Alex @ Pro Alloy this morning , we went over his ideas for the fuel tank and the filler neck , also the hard line boost hoses too.
Heres the cold side , nice and simple !
I wanted both sides to be symetrical , so although its not exactly "factory" it quite easily could be.
Hot side in progress !
And finally to the fuel tank , heres the tray that'll hold the tank up under the boot floor and thanks to Alex for modelling it into place for me )

May end up with twin internal 044 pumps !

Youll need twin pumps to feede that 500bhp motor up the front
I think the first time you can drive it with a little anger all the long nights spent on it are suddenly going to all seem worth it

I Havent touched the Focus in over a month now (good job someone else has lol), but had some really positive updates from Alex @ ProAlloy so ill be off to get some updated pics tomorrow ;o)
Heres a job list of whats going on ....
Engine bay parts
76mm Dia. x 90 Deg. Alloy elbows x 3 off (Intercooler Pipework)
32mm Dia. x 90 Deg. Alloy elbow x 1 off (Radiator inlet)
Remove radiator – Modify inlet pipe & pressure test – Refit radiator
Manufacture of inlet & outlet intercooler boost pipework + powder coating
Manufacture of custom water swirl pot
Installation and assembly of all pipework
Fuel Tank Parts
IV Polyether fuel tank safety foam
Raw materials and sundries
Internal collector check valve assemblies x 3
TRV 66 Rollover / Breather valve
PT800 spec alloy mounting tray
Fabrication and assembly of ~60+ lt custom alloy fuel container
Adaptation of PT800 spec alloy fuel tank mounting tray
Carry out modifications to standard focus fuel filler assembly
Fabrication of mounting tray fixing brackets
Installation & fit-up of fuel tank & filler / vent assembly
