Default Stripping underside, rusty bolts help!!

Ive started to undo the underside of the sapphire in preperation for a few new bits, diff and beam ARB etc only the bolts holding the anti roll bar into the floor are rotten, cant get a socket on the heads they are that bad, already snapped the outside bolts from the front seats as they are seized in the captive nut, any ideas how to remove knackered bolts and snapped seat bolts. Im running out of WD-40, spanners and patience Will I have to angle grind all of them off and drill them out or??? HELP!!

Soak with wd40, wack with hammer to free off then use a decent pair of molegrips + oxy torch if required.

sorted some tonight, WD-40...again, and old 1mm smaller socket hammered onto exhisting rotten nut, hammer home till its stuck solid, undo maintaining full pressure on socket. Next question then, ahem, how do you remove said bolt from my socket
I also drilled out the seat bolts, worked a treat, managed not to strip the thread with the drill bit too which is a bonus Thanks for your suggestions all

Seen that socket called the crocodile and its crap do a search for a company called "Frost" they deal in products for people restoring cars.
Stick your socket in a vice and use an old drill bit or punch to hammer the bolt out

clamp it in a vice and then knock it out by putting a thin punch through the centre and wack it with a hammer.
