hiya guys and girls, some of you may have realised i'd not been on much this is due to being real busy, the cossie has beenb playing up so been trying to fix it, been on my hols and working loads ...

well now the fiesta is coming on [ERRR] be on the road v soon goin tues to get the final runing bits sorted then its off for MOT

but here are some pics of the cossie today and some updates of it....

















ok heres for whats been going on with it had a few sensors replaced due to playing up, i am now booking the car in for the autronic management in aug ... meantime the car will be fitted up with a foam filled std tank with uprated 023 pump and braided line.... also the best idea is to upgrade the fuel pump wiring so i have fitted the car up with a new relay wiring system... also bought a big wing sump for the size's and i have a new sump off to A+H for big winging then will sell the one i bought .... also aquired a small turbo head which is going off to a good friend who builds rally engine who is going to flow the head hugely for me ...

ok few new bits fuel pump has been fitted up now so is ready for anything ....



just got my brand new A+H big wing sump weld quality is TOP as usual!!!!!!!

























right next on the list as you may know my car is going in for a management change so i have now purchased a T34 STG3 with .48 housing for a better pickup :Q











nearly got all my bits for the conversion now so the car will be booked in the 1st or second week in sept ooh: ....

then the car will be away for 1-2 weeks then come back with all the autronic goodies, and 340BHP

some of you may know but here they are :devil:




decided as they were going very cheap to invest in these ... should work better than my old ones the bells and the brackets are off to the anodisers as they were a bit pooy so will be on the car in a week or 2 :devil:

ok bit of a update the car has now been fitted up with the spec-R strut brace fitted properly not like the prev owner did i bougt thi brace off paul R but my car had one fitted before as the holes were in the right place for this brace but the tugger self tapped them in ...










also due to my management change in a 2 weeks it has been brought to my attention i needed to move the battery to make way for my new ign setup very similar to rod tarry's? so i spent all day redoing it all even then i still need to trim and tidy the wiring but need to know what mark is fitting to see how neat i can fit things....

also i made the battery tray in my boot at AH fab was a good laugh turned out real well and thats now fitted up too took about 1-2hrs to make that ooh: and we also made a WRC style earth on the chassis :bonkers:













also mark will be fitting me up with water inj so next week i should have the kit and get the jets fitted to the cooler all setup for mark to use when mapping the car of course a AH fab water inj tank being made too

AH are also making a bracket for the -31 on the T34,making a button panel for the functions for the SM4, ie anti lag, launch control,full throttle change, traction control, 2 stg boost and also have sent my bells and brackets off for my AP 6 pots to be anodised black as they were grim when i got them... so the next few weeks are gonna be fun packed!!!! lets hope i can make some money back on the parts i remove i'm skint

got alot to sort fit, organise, rewire but in about 1 month the car will be M.A.D for it

By the way i dont want to sound like a C**K or anything but have you ever thought about changing the colour of the hoses under the bonnet???

Those AP's they are the dog's like just a reminder order longer wheel studs too otherwise when u fit the AP's you won't have enough thread for the studs

well car is now at M.A.D developments for the turbo conversion/ecu conversion ..... so should be coming back with about 350bhp and lots of goodies

then i have to fit my AP's, water inj and then the car is going off to the bodyshop for a touch up or two

will update further as i hear off mark/ get the car back!!!

looms now been removed ryan hated doing it said it took him ages but yes all removed and new loom part fitted.... turbo and inlet removed too i think??

but mark is on a short break so will be finished when he gets back...

but fingers crossed should have it back end of OCT

VERY VERY Nice mate, god you must have a fortune in her though, most of the stuff you've done/doing i would love to do to mine if i had the money, only had her around 7 or 8 month now so plenty time i suppose, doing stuff month by month depending on spare money. keep up the top class work mate, cant wait to see it at shows hopefully.

well believe mark can only answer this one ....


Its still with him he has been very busy as well as a couple of teething probs like i needed to send mark my brakes to fit so all the features could be activated, longer studs were needed and a new rear prop as it was damaged before i bought the car and mark advised replacing it!!

i have a whole host of parts and things to go back on , as soon as its back tho won't be with me for long gonna have to go to have the water inj jets fitted and some brackets for the coils etc...

then that give me a chance to add the parts i have here and will be getting my breather system crackled hopefully by 'christian' and fit that too...

i also plan to get some chassis bars from adrenaline in the new year, then the car will be probably be going to the bodyshop for some work...

BUT as soon as it returns i shall show pics how it looks will be coming back with quite a few changes and i'll keep the updates thick and fast then
