Default ST150 supercharged project

I owned a performance blue fiesta ST150 from 2006 until march 2019.

These are old pics from when she looked her best 2011 or 2012?

Quick spec 194bhp, coilovers, brembo 4 pots, bucket seats stripped out interior 1027kgs

With 90k on the clock and living in Aberdeen the bodywork was worse for wear. Needed bits of rust fixed and a full respray. Underbody needed a restoration and then the head gasket went so decided enough was enough.

Went out and bough a minted 48k completely standard red one from Birmingham. Swapped all the mods over and ran it all summer without an issue.

I was in love!!

Then i wrote it off october this year

Got my insurance money and went looking for a new car. I bought the car back from the insurance for 100 quid so i could salvage parts for another mk6 ST.

While browsing ebay for a new car a rotrex supercharger came up for sale so i bought it.

So thats us up to date. Im now looking for a fiesta to supercharge

Yeah it was bad crash. The engine came out of the car and i broke my neck! Ive got a neck brace on at the moment and still got to wear it for another 2 weeks

The supercharger is a stage 2.5 but im going to change the pulley and make it a stage 2 to aim for about 250bhp. The stage 2.5 would make about 300-315bhp with my mods but im going to cap it back to 250bhp for reliability

One of my pals is saving to buy a house and he has a ST150 so im tryin to convince him to sell up for a diesel. Im pretty sure ive got him convinced?

That's pretty funny cause its actually his old supercharger. I bought the supercharger from a boy in Silverstone who bought his car to break for parts.

Also im buying my pals ST. Its nowhere near as nice as my red one but its still in really good nick. Its lowered on eibachs, full milltek exhaust, induction kit and antracite wheels. So a really good base. In the spring im going to treat any rust on the floorpan and underseal it all

No way just goes to show it’s a small world haha

What colours the new car?? It’s worth you cleaning painting and sealing the underneath I know only too well that the winters up there can be quite harsh so the council just puts down salt salt and more salt and it just kills cars. I’m planning on doing my Mk1 focus but you never thought of using actual hammer rite for the underside? That’s what I’m planning on doing but my cars silver so reckon I’ll get away with it. Plus my theory with under seal is it doesn’t really ‘cure’ properly even after a long time so it’s obviously holding moisture there and then it holds all the shite from the road I’d salt etc. My Mk1 focus has no rust at all underneath so I’m going to just steam clean it,any bits I do find will get treated and just hammerited over,I’m sure it’ll look mint

Its another performance blue with white side strips and antracite wheels. Im going to keep the side strip so it doesnt end up looking like my first one. Im planning to make the pro race 3 alloys either gold or bronze so it's completely different to my first one.

I was planning on undersealing the red one so ive already done a bit of research on what products to use. Im going to go with bilt and hamber products. For the floorpan im going to use dynax UB and for the internal sills dynax S50. From what ive read it doesn't cure solid like waxoyl so water doesn't get trapped inderneath it?

Also going to use bilt and hamber hydrate 80 and electrox to treat any rust before the underseal.

On the red one i painted the rear beam with jotun 87 which is an epoxy 2 pack paint so that'll be removed and put on the new car. The rear beams also polybushed and ive got ST170 rear brakes fitted to it.

I was at the hospital today for my 4 week x ray on my neck and ive got to wear my neck brace for another 4 weeks so works not getting started anytime soon

Hello guys. I can see the projects is both painfull and intresting. I wonder after all this time if you have made the intallation or you never finished the supercharging. If not, doyou sell the parts? How much? And I want to ask if you ship to Greece
