bought this 1990 escort eclipse a few weeks ago with no engine and the interior had been stripped out, it has been off the road for 4 years. it was local to me so went for it and got it for £350 including delivery. of course it needed some welding but ive got my own mobile welding business and i mainly weld cars so not a problem . its now had some welding on rear arches however ill fit new arches before it goes for a repaint next year, ive fitted a new battery tray and 4 spots on the floor, rear inner sill and abit in the boot but not bad at all considering its never been welded in the past. interior is now back in and ive put a 1.4 cvh in it for now as itll have a 2.0 zetec next year, just want it on the road for now and enjoy it. all underside of the car has been undersealed well and rust treated where needed so looking good now and its on 16in sport ka alloys . few more small jobs to do then it goes for mot. few pics here but here is the link to the album on my googe drive too CLICK HERE TO GOOGLE DRIVE ALBUM

stone chip and underseal spray cans .
Well its now on the road passed the mot last week and used daily now
