Change of plan on the Fabrication of manifolds and down pipe ..im spending the extra and going to a company that's local called ND performance and Fabrication ..their work looks brilliant . So I'm picking the engine up on Sunday and all I have to do now is sort fuel lines and filter out. fit engine and box .. drop car off for fabrication and once done take it a mile down the road to be mapped .

 

Had this build by Vince at turbo performance.. it lands next week ..nice enough for a CVH .

 

sounds like a good plan to me, id imagine the ewait time was quite a bit for crazycage as well.

 

Turbo looks great - does it have a T3 stage 1 exhaust housing? I noticed the AR .48 on the turbine section.
The Garrett website does not show a 0.48 available on the exhaust side.

Looking for a company to vapour blast a few bits and zinc passivate up north Wales / Chester way .

 

Managed to secure a deal on another IB5 box with Quaife diff etc at a good price ..pick it up next Saturday when I'm over at South Yorkshire way .

 

Started cleaning a few bits up ..today I started on the Bosch 044 fuel pump ..only by hand but once I get the machine polisher out it might come up better ..plus I've ordered a really good zinc plating kit from America ..not these eBay hobbies so i can get all my bits done at home ..im off tomorrow to drop my throttle body off for vapour blasting then push on further up the motorway to pick the Engine up .I've got to get the engine and box in before the 28th as it's going for manifolds etc ..so things are going to be busy .

 

Cracking job on the fuel pump.

Been upto to A.L Developments to pick the Engine up ..ill let the pictures do the talking ..

Only gearbox to have checked out and painted and it's all going in mate ..cant wait .

 

Another one off bit to go on ...i kinda like it as long as I keep it clean .
