So a good friend of mine suggested that the Mk ARB would be far superior to the TT ARB and that i should try a standard Arm and if it fitted then I could you a compbrake adjustable arm , so last night I did exactly that and it fitted like a dream. So this makes the Mk tcas redundant so they are going back for a refund , Sierra ones don't fit escorts its simple wrong angle and too big ball joint . Had a massage off G.O.N.E today they are chasing my sump.and breather up with the powder coaters so hopefully I may have them back next week

make sure the rose joint is screwed far enough in the adjuster and far enough in the tie bar.its hard to explain but the rose joint thread has to be far enough in to the tie bar otherwise your relying on a thin wall adjuster you obviously wont be able to tell till its all set up for length but from them pc it looks over adjusted

Nice push this weekend and got the car back together , just a few bits left to do .. need to order some fittings and some An12 hose for the breather return to sump. Whilst underneath the car I found the gear selector rod knuckle joint with too much play it in , so I'll take off and send to Dave Fox for a bush conversion. Also our DJI osmo action is itching to get used .

Had the game the gear linkage off due to too much play , so off it came and was sent to dave Fox, who's made replaceable nylon bushes for it as opposed to going KA linkage .. very impressed . also some pics from My Gated sump from G.O.N.E

I welded baffles into my sump and added a fitting for an oil temp sender ,...painted it black ...fitted it...and have been chasing what must be a pin hole leak for ages!
regretting the black now

Slight delay on the build up , had to have a fitting moved on the breather as it ran to close to the down pipe and also the gasket on the sump wasn't right and was found to be a deformed one . So it's a few days delay .

Totally will be doing mate, . Most of the rally cars run the same and same thickness and material so I should be fine , but will deffo be keeping an eye on it all , before I confirm it's a green light .
