HOW HARD TO RWD A XR3I MK4 WIV A XR4I RUNNING GEAR?
Hello ppl can u help me im new to the game of tryin stupid things but i want to put a 4i full runnin gear in my old mk4 3i? just wanted to no if any1 has any sugestions for me pls,

Cheers m8 but looks like alot of hard word to me just wnt to do something a little diff wiv it is there any other way to do other than cut the body off?

hmmmm sort of but it still involves cutting the transmisson tunnel in and welding in all the new suspension points. ive seen some conversions leave the inner wings in but the car still gets a good hacking up.

aint too fussed about weldin i'll do that just didnt fancy cuttin whole shell off if u no of links or any thing that would help i would be gratefull if u would tell me em cheers

i did this, converted a mk4 escort to rwd using sierra running gear.
cut out inner bays, welded in sierra inner bays(allready bolted to crossmember)
welded in sierra tunnel and then welded in sierra mounting points for the back axle.
the whole project was on the old rsoc site. used all cosworth running gear, a nice project to do, but only if you can weld ok
