First things first after the arch was sorted the rest of the bodywork was starting to look like it needed freshening up. So I had decided to get the original trim all sorted and sprayed gloss black. I know this has been done quite a few times before but to be honest I feel like it makes the car look 100 times better and breaks up the blue of the car.

It was sorted in time for a meet at Brooklands. Here is a preview of the car in its current guise.

Now there was just on more thing that was done and I hadn't updated here on the site. Again a few people have seen the car since and for those that haven't well here it is now... WITH LOWS!!

Yes I have finally got round to fitting the coilovers I had rattling round in my boot for a few weeks. As well as a set of front mud flaps I had fitted a couple of days ago which now scrape across everything but I guess if it doesn't scrape then you aren't low enough

Just a few little things to go now then I guess I can happily enjoy the car for a while. I do have a mortgage and a wedding to pay for in the near future...

Never been a fan of a slammed car, did it once and it lasted half a day before going back to standard height lol

I don't drive it enough to be classed as a daily driver so I can get away with it to an extent. It looks worse than it is to be fair. Only the mudflaps rub

My old.car the one in question was that low the tyres rubbed the arches (only had 15x6 steels in) and the drivers side driveshaft rubbed in the inner arch aswell which is y it didn't last long that low

Been a while since I have put an update on here. Not much has been done recently. Been having a rough time with my family as of late but keeping myself busy is a massive help. Went and picked up a FULL Milltek Exhaust today. Hopefully get round to getting it fitted this week... Fitted a K&N Panel filter this afternoon and ordered a pair of OMP strut braces as well... Big things coming for this little thing

Cheers mate. Car is slightly higher now since I couldn't get the damn thing in the multistory car park at work. But it now handles so much better because of it as well. Took it out for a 140 mile blast earlier on and it handled like a dime so looking forward to getting it fully set up now

Ordered a set of Gaz GHAs so I am definitely going for a more driven/track based build from now on. Keeping it comfortable but fun to drive at the same time. The APs will be going next week hopefully then I can look at getting it polybushed

Right quick update...

ST150 Brakes have been bought, just waiting for them to be delivered as well as being completely refurbished and finished in RED as well. Come with some Freedo Fast Road/Track pads as well which is a nice bonus. Waiting for delivery on my Gaz GHAs as well then I will spend a weekend getting the brakes and suspension changed over as well as fitted an OMP Lower Sturt Brace as well. Busy times ahead I think

Got the spacers in my garage waiting to go on. Fitting the coilovers and brakes atm when I'm home from work (working nights ATM so not too much time to get everything done)

With the sun out on Sunday I decided to give Han a wash

Considering this was the first time I've really had a go at doing it myself I don't think it has turned out too bad. Especially since I ran out of a few things whilst getting it done

My mate called the car Han, due to it being SO LOW and IMPERIAL Blue.

Spent the day working on the car now has new stoppers and a slightly more driver based suspension set up

Not much to update on:

Bought some new seats and fitted the Drivers one for now. Got to trim the carpet so it sits round the base correctly but its in its damn comfortable

Its was raining when I decided to fit them so not the best pics again

Also got the optional extra Puma Leather Steering Wheel. Such a nice upgrade for the car. Something I would recommend to everyone if they can get hold of one.

I'll get some photos up later since for the moment it is catching on the Steering Shroud.

Then of course was the disaster that was Castle Combe and the Spring Performance day there. After a good few hours driving to get there. The car decided not to start once we got onto the stand. Glad I went to start it earlier in the day rather than at the end of the show. After a fair few hours of checking key codes and fuses, then immobilisers and more key checking I only went and locked myself out the damn car which ended up with this...

Yep took the rear window out so that I could get back into the car and unlock everything. Anyway to cut to the chase I ended up being the Engine Management Fuse in the Engine Bay Fuse Box so after swapping it out with the one from the Heated Windscreen was able to say gun it back home to make sure that if it was going to go again I wanted to be as close to home as possible
