Default Garden Project 2012 ;0) Updated 31/08/12

Mods feel free to move this to relevant room as wasnt sure where to put it as mad project doesnt state if it needs to be car or not Please PM me where though so i can keep updated

Thought i'd start a thread about my little garden project for 2012

Started in 2011 with a run down garden and a falling down shed
Check out the neighbours garden in comparision so had to go bigger and better

Remove a few panels and push dodgy shed over

Add a little heat and petrol lol

Think the fire brigade turned up about now as there neighbours thought my house was on fire lol

Few hours later and hey presto no shed

Add a lot of digging and wheel barrowing And add some concrete

And we have Footings a NCP car park would be proud of lol

Then add 2 courses of concrete blocks

And then add a shit load more concrete and a damp proof membrane and we have floors

Then add even more concrete blocks and the odd brick here and there and a few windows and doors and we have a flat packed shed/workshop
Then add a bit of labour and a man from lego land and we start to see wallls

Internal Measurements for shed on Left 18ft x 8ft workshop/gym on right 18ft x 8ft

Fire wasnt out of control really just looked worse than it was. Its leaning against a concrete wall which isnt going anywhere and the fence behind got a little warm but was kept soaked with buckets of water. Fire brigades only critism when they got there was that it wasnt central in between walls which they did once it had died slightly

Thought i'd do a little update as it seems was a while ago i did Been held up loads by the weather etc but we now have all the trusses on for roof fascia up. Just waiting on a few guaranteed dry days now before putting on the osb boards and fibreglass

So we decided to start stage 2 while we were waiting for said dry days
Needed to have another LITTLE fire this time to get rid of my boys playhouse lol

Then as weather wasnt guaranteed and bruv in law fancy doing some more legowork i set up my gazebo to give him some workspace so he can start my bbq

BBQ more or less finished and a few bendy walls going in for raised flower beds

Here's a little update as things have been progressing slowly cos of weather

Had to wash a few slabs off lol All 199 of them and had 1 left over

BBQ nearly finished

Slabs starting to go down ;0)

Few more slabs in

Slabs all done

Patio more or less done now once lights go in on top

Top Step

Looks better wet so got to get some patio sealer down to see if it enhances the slabs back

Flower beds tidied up and composted ready for plants ;0)
