i know the cam aint in the best of conditions but its not affecting to much at the mo i have more important things to buy 1st but i am going to get a kent torque cam i think will be good for turbo and the turbo oil feed i am just waiting for a 90 degree adaptor to come though the post so it clears the bonnet better quite happy though 3rd gear full throttle from 1.5K and she boosts up at 2.5 rpm with a not the best of turbos, shall we say

It's not waste gate chatter, it's turbo stall. Basically the air the has been compressed is forced back out the turbo the wrong way. Too much of it kills the turbo

Do you mean for a feed of fuel foor the 5th injector or where the 5th injector can go to supply fuel to the inlet/ engine?

No need for any extra injectors and you have no way to meter the fuel. Up to 200bhp the standard efi can cope with minor mods. Ran mine for 6 years. But with out a recirc dump valve the airflow meter will wear due to reverse air flow. I have had to fit a spare due to this problem. A twin piston adjustable dump valve can be interesting, flames!! It can cause the ecu to dump more fuel in at gear changes

Had a look at the power plot in the link above and something is not right. Torque and power cross point are not at 5252rpm (below)

This is mine for a standard efi pinto with just the turbo added at 7psi. Only ran up to 5800rpm on this plot. Did another run to 6500rpm and got 174bhp but no print out.

so what does that mean?
and right the turbo is maxed out the fueling according t my AFR gauge is showing 14.5 on full throttle at just under 5000RPM 0.35-0.4 bar boost
is that ok , next is the 5th injector but shes is going very well in the vids i am only going to 4K rpm to be safe ,, what you think
and also for 160 quid that AFR gauge is bril i well recommend it over ANY other gauges i have seen so for for the price came with evrything i needed to install and a bosh laba wideband sensor

Ok after 500 miles of running 0.45 bar and running ok on furling (whitch is maxed out) I have given her a oil change and a few tweaks
Moved the oil temp sensor to the block rather than the sump plug to give a much better temp reading and now got the 5th injector installed now just got to do the relay for it now

Your not going to get much more fueling with that injector. Its a cold start injector for a K Jetronic.

its allowed me to run a extra 3 psi , i know its not much i know but im not running lean any more and it feels so much quicker now and what injector would be a good fit for a 5th injector whitch can be worked of a simple relay?

ok so long time with no update
shes been run in now and running 2 cold start injectors whitch makes the fueling near as god dam it spot on fot half a bar boost running a good 190ish bhp after a few races :P

shes back of the road now after fitting a megnex exhaust whitch fits and now installing power steering again with a saxo pas pump fits like a dream just getting the high pressure pipe made up now and the turbo went and smoked out the car from the back end and the front lol so thats getting reconditioned with a 360 thrust bearing

and now she has koni adjustable (whitch came with free chrome strut top covers) all round i really cannot wait to drive her now shes going to be mental after driving her with no PAS and cut springs on old stock shocks
also got some front braided brakes lines for £3 of ebay
also with the new exhaust the manifold had to be cut and re-wealded to lower the turbo whitch was brill as now the actuator wont hit the bonnet anymore and dent it anymore
see a picture below of the hot sode jurnal bearing out of my turbo :P

the exhaust on the left is my new one and the right is the old moongose whitch is now for sale
