Cheers
Cheers dude.
Ah dont! ive got an a4 piece of paper in the garage with everything i can think of, its just lots of small jobs, and a few big jobs which mean the small jobs cant be done, main jobs are making the pedals, mounting the seats, making the inlet pipe, doing the wiring, to name a few. Just time consuming things. Slowly crossing them out though

Wow completely forgot about updating this. Haven't really touched the car for a while, but have a few small updates, wasnt going to do any until it was up and running but your words have given me some motivation
Just been finishing lots of small job really, but made this intercooler pipe this evening, pretty difficult as it needed to be a really tight weird angle bend but i think it came out good, just deciding if to put an outlet on for dump valve?

Also got my vipec v88 ecu, map sensor and wiring harness from M A Developments, it looks awesome but im not really too sure what to do with it

Will upload more photos asap

great project m8, coming on well
could you not turn the oil cooler 90 degrees and lower into the appartures (the 2 either side of the cranking handle hole) under the grill?
Just think it would free up cooler air to the intercooler
steve

Small update as i havent got time to upload all the photos of the progress, but here are a couple of photos. Just a few things left to do, should be out and about in a couple of months... he says.
Will do a more detailed update soon.

Fitted the fuel tanks and mounted all the boot stuff

Finished the dry sump system, just need the belt for the pump. Had to take the sump pan off and refit with sealing o rings and new bolts, all 29 of them!

Thanks
Hoping to get the loom and mapping done by MA Developments in the next few months or so
Been making some good progress, not long now.
Made a strut brace, had these discs laser cut

Made up a jig of the top of the suspension mounts so i could make it on the bench

not bad for Ł30

Also ive decided to run it now with front and rear bumpers so got new chrome ones, also repaired and painted the rear valance as the previous exhaust bent it when it went on the rollers.

Decided to do away with the front lexan windows and put the original opening quarters in, who would know they are fibre glass doors

Brought a second hand pair of cobra classic seats and stripped them right down to narrow the frame so they would fit in the car around the tunnel.
Decided i wanted to put head rests in them so brought the headrests from cobra, made up some sleeves on the lathe and job done. They will be trimmed in blue and cream.

Also my dad brought this Austin j40 so will be getting stuck into that in a few months

Cheers, means alot
Not just yet, getting everything finished then taking it to get the engine loom done
Seats are done now, same colour as the interior door panels.
