Could use a plastic focus inlet, or a focus rs inlet, with a silver top 2.0 throttle body. All bolts straight on, cheep, and uses top fed injectors.

Not much of a update...
As ive been fitting an engine in my mate's sister's KA as she ran it out of water and it went bang so mine's been put on hold so this week im hopeing to crack on with under side and putting the tank back on fuel line's fuel pump and craddle and rear disc's conversion
But while i was working on the KA i had this lot turn up from RST-TYRONE
big thank you to him
1 mint fuel pump craddle & pump
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
And the rubber's are bloody mint unlike my old one's
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
And the rear disc conversion
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
As soon as i can get on with mine i will update some more thank's for looking

Inlet manifold number 2
This time i think im getting there the only thing left to buy for it is the throttle body
I ended up going down the rover route as i cant afford a custom one yet
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
This time the injector's face the right way the only thing i had to get is the adapter plate that go's on the zetec head so i could fit the rover manifold on..So while im waiting on other bit's and bob's turning up i started sanding down the rear wishbone's and tie bar's ready for painting...
And arfter 7 coat's of black hammerite aerosol's this is what they turned out like
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
So now i think im slowly getting there arfter nearly 2 year's of doing this I have now got about 95% of the bit's needed to finish her off i just need the time and good weather and then i might get to driveher again as long as nothing else bite's me in the arse............
Thank's for looking
P.S if any one think's i have made a boo boo with something plz let me now as i would rather know now and not later like my old inlet as i felt a bit of a cock for not spotting that myself
A big thank you to all that spoted my mistake about the injector's on the inlet as im glad i found out now and not when my engine went pop

[/IMG]
[/IMG]

But what im more fucked off about is i cant afford it now but i wasted money on a inlet manifold which i had to change cuz injector's where faceing wrong way, first turbo was to big for what i wanted so i got a cosworth one instead,I got the wrong megasquirt ecu it was for cvh efi so i bought omex instead now i need to change the exhaust manifold as you will see in a bit when i upload today's work ive done.. I have made a lot of bo bo's along the way which would have paid for a better gearbox

What a day it all started out good
I finished putting the passenger side rear end together
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
Once that was on i laid under neith the rear end to see what it looked like
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
So far i was one happy chap as the backend was looking good then mr postman turned up with alternator bracket
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
At this point i was still happy as i have got room for the pipe to go on the water pump but then i noticed big proplem
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
How the fuck am i going to fit the down pipe on the turbo answer get a nother manifold so the turbo go's over gear box..
So now i could not go no further with that i then started getting oil cooler ready to go on
[/IMG]
And with the renault 5 turbo oil filter
[/IMG]
But before i could fit the oil rad it pist it down with rain so that's my update for today

I may be wrong, but i'm sure theres an underslung alternator bracket you can use which will have the alternator below rather an above the bracket.
That should give you clearance to get your downpipe in
