And then put the marster cylinder in, Followed by the ECU'S,Then the heater motor and caseing in

Started a bit late today so i didnt get much done Started off with the alternator bracket. Ive used my old bracket off my S2 but i had to shave a little bit off the lug's so i could get the 1.8 zetec alternator to fit..
[/IMG]
Arfter that it was on with fitting the rad wich was a pain in the arse cuz i didnt want to scatch the paint work
[/IMG]
Then it was time to to fit the turbo and see if it will still clear the rad wich it do so when the heat wrap turn up i will have to take it back off to do..
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
And here's some pic's of the inlet on.. now you can see why ive got to have the end's cut off and turned around so the throttle body is on the passenger side as there is no room on the driver side
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
This is as far as i got today but i hope to get more tomorrow like the wire loom as it need's going through and tidying up before it go's back in..

I was thinking that but then my mate said it would be better to plum the inter cooler pipe's and it will be a shorter route for the air to travel.. It's turning out to be a right pain as there's a lot of pissing about to do

Yesterday got the wiring loom.. sorting out any wire's that wernt no good and tidying it up..And cutting out the wire's in the engine bay that i dont need ready for the megasquirt
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
But every thing was going good i ran the wire's back through into the car ready for the dash.and then ran the wire's round the engine bay
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
And that was all i done then today we were then working out the best spot to put the megasquirt ECU wich we chose in the glove box..But then we noticed that i have bought the wrong megasquirt ECU The one i have bought is for MFI and not EFI What a twat So now ive got to buy another one this time the right one ..
Since we could'nt go no further with that we then got on with the heater matrix and dash and the sound deadning
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
Bye now i was getting happyer as the inside was taking shape
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
In with the gauge pod and gauge's
[/IMG]
That's it at the mo as im now having a beer and some food update later
[/IMG]

I did'nt get much done today as i have been sorting out stuff that need's selling..So i just put the hub's and wheel's back on followed by the bumpper as i wanted to see how much room there was under the spliter
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
There is a fair bit of room left wich is good so the car can be lowered a bit And the only other thing i done was to get the wire's out of the way in the engine bay untill i get another megasquirt ECU
[/IMG]
That's all ive done today as i have now got to go to the midwife with me partner

INTERNET BACK TIME FOR AN UPDATE
We got on with sorting out the rear inner & outer sill on the driver's side
[/IMG]
it was a bit rusty so we choppet out the rust and started welding on some new metal starting on the inside and working out
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
That was the sill taken care of and then it was carpet time
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
Then i put the driver's seat in since i havent sat in it for a wile
[/IMG]
And that was it for a little wile untill some more part's turned up
New uprated clutch this time i got the right size lol
[/IMG]
Heat wrap
[/IMG]
Locking bonnet catch
[/IMG]
And a 70mm to 50mm reducer elbow to join the 2 ltr throttle to the intercooler pipe work
[/IMG]
A 4 way input adaptor for my oil sensor's
[/IMG]
Oil pressure sender uint
[/IMG]
But the thing's that still havent turned up yet from my first order is steering bush kit and intercooler pipe work
Yesterday we started getting on with fitting the right clutch which didnt go to plan The first part did takeing off the intercooler & the rad & the turbo..
[/IMG]
But when it come to takeing out the gear box my mate trappet his finger's and what little gear oil was in the box went all over the floor
[/IMG]
[/IMG]
So arfter that we didnt do any more ive got another mate comeing over at the weekend to help me fit the clutch so untill then i havent done any more but i will update when i do thank's for looking & sorry for the late update
