Modified the downpipe tonight, so thats it done and bolted up! need to fit radiator etc but that wont take long! will get pics up soon and it will be finito for the wkd!

2 cans of rockstar energy and hey presto! rad fitted, chargecooler rad fitted, chargecooler fitted along with boost pipes, filter, bonnet etc what a pain in the arse fitting it all lol if only i had a pair of jeremy beadle hands to get in all them small spaces!

course it fits lol, they came with cvh's as standard. a vr6 in there, that would be tight!

Standard with turbo,chargecooler,radiator that would do a bus,chargecooler rad,swirl pot,fuel pump,boost pipes, grp A k&n? Em nope lol! I dont think a vr6 would go in lol and it would handle shite like mvw

Got the wiring tidied up and odds n ends sorted out before taking her out for a test drive! popped the exhaust manifold at the first sign of boost lol so a gen ford one is getting ordered asap! might get rid of that ridic pace rad as its double the thickness of the standard item and fouling the turbo! apart from that im a happy chappy, fitted some cool autospecialists charge carrier grommets i got in the post today,heres some shit iphone pics again lol, ive got my sd card back but not in time for taking photos tonight!

i thought it was the inlet gasket that blew?
whens the mot?away to order wheels and suspension friday,having a change of plan with things,ordering wheels which are uber rare and are cast in batches of 40 occasionally!

Put some petrol in the car tonight and managed to take it for a proper drive! to say its quick is an understatement lol, it still needs some wiring tidied up and the alternator wired up before its mot! apart from that im very happy with the way its turned out and look forward to driving it over the summer

Can you just do 1 thing for me mate it's proper bugging me in the pics, can you put the ignition leads under the charge pipe instead of over the top, mental project tho mate.

I built the engine originally so i suppose ill answer, 2 litre silver top block, wossner forged pistons, std rods, arp rod bolts, new big end shells (preventetive measure) burton power ZVH head gasket, minty mint EFI cvh head, new stem seals and all the usual new gaskets etc. Esimate around 250 BHP, with much more torque all over than the original 1600
