Oil return is done, as is the feed. I will put the rad in next and pipe up the coolant system, then i should be looking at starting the wiring in the next few days, should be running in a couple weeks.

Well, been a busy few days! a few pics to follow for those who are interested, The preliminary wiring is nearly complete, for those who have wired an ecu before this will come as no shock, but the wiring is everywhere just now!, Until it is running, and everything is proven to work with no problems, then i will tidy the wiring away! For obvious reasons you would never tape up all the wiring before it is proven! that would be just daft! these photos are to show people who arent familiar with whats involved in wiring an ecu whats involved.
The car now winds, the fuel pump runs, it is injecting and the ecu shows rpm, i just need to wire up the coil drivers and configure the ecu for them and it should run!.

understadable quite daunting if you have never wired an entire engine loom into an ecu, but with a bit of spiral wrap and black tape, and once the test wires and meter are removed it will look ace!

The car runs! Suprisingly quiet engine, the exhaust is complete and wiring tidied. Only the boost pipes to do now and a bit of tuning and it can go for a test.

Ordered a boost hose kit to pipe up the intercoler, in 3" pipe, also getting an adaptor made for the inlet manifold to take the boost.

Got my 3" boost pipes a couple days ago, and was shocked as to how big they are lol! been busy in the garage though and the car is essentialy ready for an mot after i wash it, bolt in the seats, give it a bit of a tune and check the lights. There has been a slight change of spec, i am now running a slightly smaller turbo, .63 t34, off my old s1 turbo replica, this will hopefully give me a more usable power range spooling at around 2 1/2k and full boost before 3k, giving power till 6k. Here is a few pics of the car in desperate need of a wash!
