project 2 of 2
well instead of doing one project i thought i would take on another while the s2 is long term
so here she is a 1.3 mk4 estate
plan is to make it mint >>>underside and all over plus the turbo lump in the cleaned up engine bay

well the only project now other one sold !!!!!!!
overdue update as been flat out with work
so the front end was ripted off to find the only rot was around the bumper bolt mountings so thats all good!!!!!
took engine /box out and cut back all the loom wiring back to the fuse box just keeping lights/ind and exiter to starter wire .
fitted spax rst suspension all round with rs turbo arb/ hubs /arms etc also rs turbo brake set up with grooved discs.......still to fit master and servo
stript the engine down ....shotblasted the block and gave it a fresh coat of black paint
steam cleaned the rest also it was the later block that came with a cps hole ...that saved some hastle for the efi conversion

parts for efi conversion
inlet manifold
turbo tec stg3 turbo
megasquirt ecu
uprated rs turbo pump
frst leads
bought another couple of bits too
new gaskets
filters and plugs
turbo timer
wiring sleeving for bay loom
bought this too just to take away that sloppy box feel
piper cam
pully
and the esential tuning stuff
just waiting for a plate for the inlet from ferriday engineering should be here on tuesday
guy who is buying my turbo shell is bringing flywheel/cps from frst
and a nice rs500 air filter mmmmmmmmmm

thanks guys hopfully get the engine back in on tuesday and all plumbed in and maybe running
looking for a std frst base map for megasquirt if any one hase one just to get it idleing and il get the rest from there lol
