Hi. Have you considered coilovers? Do you have any idea of what it would been if you removed the springs (leafsprings?) and mounted coilvers instead? Will it be functional?
Love the P100's

I have considered loads of options like at first was going to have it 4x4 and even had the whole front running gear and everything ready and have the sierra rear end sitting ready to be offered up ! but did a couple of calc's and found i would have compromised a fair bit of power! i have finally decided i would keep it live axle as i would have more power and it would be loads more fun!!!!! a capri rear axle will go on eventually its all ready including 2" lowering blocks just want it to go through the MOT first so i get a bit of enthusiasm back!!!!

I did think about full cossie kit but there has been a blue one with the thunder saloon kit and it has been done really well but a tad larey for me! although id never thought id say that lol! I will keep the mk1 solid grill and xr4 bumper! The number plate change is cause i bought a new front bumper and havent been bothered to take the old plate off yet! the sierra donor was d reg but the pick up is on a H reg!!

the thunder saloon one looke silly tbh.
if i had the money would like to convert mine to the mk1 sierra front end like an rs 500 but would be hard making the sides look right as i could arch the front, but the arch wouldnt fit on the rear, so then would have a archles 3 door cossy front end, think it would look weird so stuck with the cossy sapphire front end.

Nearly there!
Sorted the engine screech gave gave her a bit of a run after removing gearbox and reconnecting! put her through MOT before christmas and she came out with 1 page including small things like exhaust leaks and headlight alignment, 2 split pins on trackrod ends missing and i steering rack ball joint but im still trying to source rear leaf spring as 1 was fractured any1 got 1 i can purchase!! heres some updated picks!
just need to finish rebuilding capri rear axle with disc brakes! and then front and rear wheels can match!
Oh and lowered rear by 3 inches so not as much rake now she sits a bit flatter! will be even better with the 7 spokes on her!
