nice build so far. nice to see the front end on. ive just bought a p100 for a long project in two minds weather to 3 door look it. seeing how easy you made it look i better start looking for parts. also interested in what your doing rear axle wise. my one has a capri one fitted but i dont think its up to much.

I'm currently in Bulgaria but have managed to source a leaf spring so will get that sent home when I'm back and then put it back through the test and have a proper go in her! I will eventually change it to independent suspension and put the 4x4 drive back on but before that I will use an disc'd Capri axle and sort out the supercharger ! Can't wait to have a proper spin/slide in her!!!

I just got back from my cheap bulgarian holiday lol and surprise surprise its raining so straight back out into the wet field to strip the brakes off the xr4x4 so that i can build up the capri axle tomorrow evening hopefully! i have ordered the leaf spring so hopefully that will be arriving soon and i can put the P100 through the test again! so once passed the test (fingers crossed) i can take it out!!

Got the leaf spring fitted and the disc'd Capri axle fitted found the 7 spokes rubbed against the springs cause the axle is narrower and different offset so have spaced wheels 20mm each side ! Back in for mot when handbrake cable arrives !! I will get some pics up soon !!

Fitted a couple of accessories this weekend and got the insurance bloky coming round on monday or tuesday with a price seeing as my girlfriend had her car written off she is driving my astravan 
although she is ok

Hi Guy's is this P100 still about ? As Im looking in to building one just for fun and Football with my son. Easy to take the posts and nets the the pich lol 
. I was thinging of a Thunder saloon kit aswell 
. Love the Look of a P100 with the Mk1 sierra front. They were built in South Africa from 1971 till 1993 and then in Portugal. So they must of built a Mk1 Sierra as they didn't get the Sapphire till 1992 in South Africa, but saying that the P100 had the Grill and short bonnet before the Sapphire ever came out as did all South African XR6's GLS and GLX 3.0's due to the heat over there.

Hey yeah I still have it working on mocking up the supercharger on a spare engine I have! The p100 before the Sierra shape was based on a cortina front end and are even more rare than mk2! Good little fun project really body work will be done over the winter!
