not much mate!
interior stuff came back today and i am well pleased.....
I painted the gear stick surround,
Parcel shelf supports have been extended
Put my wrapped fuse box and wiper motor cover on.
Fitted the supports and painted the pop rivets black so they looked the same as fords ones.
Parcel shelf on, its been extended too
you can see it now pivots over and the extended part comes down.
Put on my mates sticker for all the help he has given me, top bloke !
Took out the heater switch as one of the securing tabs was broken and it was doing my head in......Ł33 from ford though!
Fitted
Interior all back together, i had the seat bases built up with new foam and fixed the hooks underneath. The centre consol has now been extended, covered and i painted it with innotec drak grey to suit.
Tomorrow i have a mint steering wheel coming, all because my sticker was missing on mine! And weld on the new breather.....
Still need a stereo though!

Having very serious thoughts about selling! Cant decide if i should keep for the rest of my days, or buy another project or something mental (supercharged arial atom). IF it wasnt my first car i think it would have been an easy decision!

you had a shot of a supercharged atom? never been in anything as quick ever!
but i think owning one you would be either banned or dead very quick!
keep the S1 i say.

Yes mate, loved it, I ride bikes and I ride fast and that is the closest thing on four wheels I have had the pleasure of driving. Can't beat it, I want one.

this is the clamp i used but to be honest i am going to get a cable custom made, when i put my centre consol in I had to pull my handbrake up as far as i could to get it in and the cable clamp came off. Still work perfectly once i put it back on but want peace of mind.

Fast Ford mate, Ades been doing the pics for it all through the build so I wanted him to do the feature. My little girls doing perfect, my 3 yr old is causing havoc! think he is a wee bit pu tout that someone else has got the attention.
Thanks guys for the comments, seeing the pictures last night that Ade did made it all worth while...
Cant thank Ade enough. Top bloke and i swear he could make a turd look good with that camera!
